Exchange or Return of Goods
At Innoveko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request an exchange or return in accordance with our policy.
You may initiate a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To be eligible, items must be returned with all accessories, tags, and protective materials intact.
We kindly ask customers to handle products with care. While opening the package and inspecting the item is permitted, products that show signs of excessive use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
A product may not be accepted for return or exchange if:
The item is damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Original packaging, accessories, or parts are missing
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is not provided
The product has been altered or used beyond inspection
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within the timelines specified by applicable regulations. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Next-day delivery is available on selected products and locations only. Availability depends on product type, stock status, and delivery address. You’ll see the next-day delivery option at checkout if your order qualifies.
In most cases, a signature is not required. However, for high-value or fragile items, a signature may be requested to ensure safe delivery. If no one is available, the courier may reschedule or leave instructions for re-delivery.
